If the Feds had prepared warrants they would have used them so the bull that is being hoisted as a threat is not true. The Feds use the warrants once they are issued and prepared. SWIFT gave the information freely and has since it was started. None of what SWIFT does could reveal information worth while. The whole leak and press coverage is a sham since even with the sub-account number and the account name I would still lack the actual owner depending on the country.
