Why shouldn't we all install an application on our PC that creates messages of random data, of random sizes, and sends them to random IP addresses around the internet at irregular intervals, every few minutes or seconds?

This would hose up their stupid database pretty quick, and provide lots of cover for people who are communicating in encrypted messages, seriously, can't we find a developer for this? The ideal enhancement for Webfunds/IM. F**K those guys. The mass population is always stronger than these power trippers in Wash DC.
